4-22 Input and Output Cards
UM4.6:CS6003 Original — December 1991
Step 5: Press the calibrator MUX switch. The calibrator numerical
display shows one of the following:
No Code — The card requires repair; terminate procedure
and obtain a replacement card
0005 — The card is a discrete input card; continue
procedure
Any Other Code — The card is not a discrete input card
or the card requires repair; terminate procedure and
obtain a replacement card
Step 6: Press the calibrator DI group mode switch.
Step 7: Connect one end of the 400 ohm resistor to the positive
breakout terminal for channel 1, listed in Table 4-11.

Step 8: With the voltage source turned off, connect the positive lead

Step 9: Connect the voltmeter across the voltage source.
